Solar technologies include solar thermal for heating spaces and water within buildings, solar photovoltaics (PV), and passive solar building design for capturing the sun's benefits.
After initial setup, most solar systems have low operating and maintenance costs, and PV applications allow for expanding the capacity for "distributed" electricity generation. |
Solar Roadways
Advanced road surfaces made of strong tempered glass, which are superior to asphalt and concrete.
Built-in lights and lines, heating elements and microprocessors. |
Tesla Solar Panels
Comparable to regular roof-top solar panels with better technological features, with different colors and textures designed to blend in with existing roofing, and a tracking app.

Spray-On Solar
Spray-on solar "paint" made of CIGS nanocrystals, or copper, indium, gallium, and selenide nanocrystals, sprayed in a layered arrangement with a metal on the top and bottom, while the middle layer absorbs the light. The material can be sprayed on a variety of surfaces (plastic, glass and fabric), creating lightweight thin sheets that can be easily installed.
